I can’t say enough good things about our stay! We celebrated my bachelorette in the “Manor.” The domes were AMAZING! The owners were so friendly and went above and beyond for anything we needed. 10/10 recommend and I already can’t wait to go back again! And if you get a chance to try their homemade hard apple cider, you definitely need to!!
6 girlfriends from Ohio, WV, VA and SC get together twice a year for a girls trip. We have done this for the last 25+ years, and we all agree that this was the best trip ever! We stayed at The Manor, and the accomodations were outstanding! Well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, comfortable seating and beds, heating and air conditioning, and all the little touches that also made it stand out, like snacks, Keurigs, toiletries, and plenty of towels. Lots of outdoor seating made sitting by the stream and around the firepit a delight.nWe spent a lot of time in the beautiful outdoors in the hot tub, on long walks, picking strawberries at Sunset Farms, sitting around the fire pit, playing games, and exploring the area. Fun and relaxing were the words heard over and over. The few minor issues we had were handled promptly by Timothy. (like teahing us to light the fireplace stove)nWe brought enough food (too much) for three meals a day and enjoyed every one. We cant wait to come back!
WOW! My husband and I spent an amazing weekend celebrating our 35th anniversary at the WV Glamping Domes. “The Manor” was our home away from home for 3 days. At my request, Angie decorated our dome to make our anniversary extra special. The decorations were perfect and the cake was delicious.😋 It’s absolutely so beautiful there. We spent the days exploring up and down stream, spending time with family that joined us for a day. Nights were spent chilling in the hot tub and sharing stories over a toasty fire. There was cornhole, outdoor connect four, and even kayaks with life vest to use for free. Unfortunately, I wasn’t brave enough to try kayaking this visit. Maybe next time. Our experience was above and beyond all expectations. The Domes are gorgeous. Tim and Angie’s attention to detail made the experience over the top like the comfy beds with heated mattress pads, bluetooth speakers outside, solostove bonfire, the hanging lanterns that looked like flames across the creek, and so much more. The host were phenomenal! If we had a question or wanted additional firewood they were a text away. Their son that delivered the wood was friendly and very helpful! It was sad to leave today but we are looking forward to staying in the Meadowlark in September.
We had an amazing spring break at the Glamping Domes! There was more than enough room for a family of four in the Manor and despite some rain we were dry, cozy, and warm. Lewisburg (about 25 min drive away) is an amazing little town with very good restaurants. Excellent experience!
My husband and I just left this morning. If you’re looking for some peace of mind and relaxation, this is the place! Except for one quick trip to the Dollar Store, we didn’t leave the property. Between the grill and the hot plate, we made every meal there and enjoyed them at the picnic table looking at the water or inside our dome at the table. We even took a peaceful walk down the road. We have already booked The Manor to come back next year and bring our kids. Can’t wait for them to experience this! Thank you so much!
This place is perfect! We made lots of memories with our family. We stayed in the Manor (sleeps up to 10!) and loved it! The beds were very comfortable(had heated mattress pads), clean, and the pillows were perfect. Plenty of plates, cups, silverware…microwave, fridge, grill, Keurig, two very nice bathrooms, electric cooler outside by the hot tub! It was 27 degrees outside when we woke up and we were cozy and warm inside our dome because of the gas fireplace and electric heaters. We are already planning our next trip! We are going to try out the kayaks and e-bikes next time. We still enjoyed the corn hole boards and huge connect 4!! We drove to Lewisburg in 25 minutes and enjoyed dinner at The Humble Tomato. I could go on and on!! You need to stay here!!
