Terms and Conditions

Simple Agreement :)

By booking a reservation with us and authorizing your credit card charge you agree to the following.

1. You may cancel your reservation at any time for any reason. If you cancel/change greater than 30 days from your check in date, you will only pay a cancellation fee of 10% or $35, (whichever is greater), which will be deducted from your refund. If you cancel/change your reservation less than 30 days, AND greater than 7 days from your check in date you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 7 days or less of check in, you receive no refund. Date, or dome Changes cannot be made within 7 days of a reservation date as it is improbable we can re-rent your date to another party. (By booking a reservation with us you have reserved our facilities, and we hold them for you in good faith. When you change or cancel we incur cost from our online providers and in efforts to try to re-rent them to others. This is the reason for the cancellation/change fee.)

COVID POLICY:
Although we sanitize, air out, and fully clean the domes after each guest, we offer rescheduling your reservation (less the $35/10% cancellation fee) if a reservation-holder needs to cancel due to a covid issue (certain conditions as defined below must be met). If you are cancelling due to covid exposure, or positive covid test, you may be eligible to re-schedule your reservation, provided the following requirements are met: A. The COVID exposure, or positive test of the person whose name the reservation is in must be documented by a doctor in written form, clearly designating your name and the quarantine period dates, quarantine period must include the date of your stay. B. You must notify us within 24 hours of the earliest date in your diagnosis or quarantine period. Upon receipt of documentation signed by a doctor we will review and respond accordingly. All resultant refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your request for refund.

2. The party whose name appears on the credit card and / or reservation agrees to be held financially responsible for any damage caused by you, your guests or animals. The credit card on file will be billed to repair the damage. In the event that the charge is declined we may pursue other means to be made whole.
3. Check-in is after 3pm, and Check-out is before 11 am. We have a full reservation list, and so we must abide by this schedule to ensure the next guest arrives to a place as spotless as it was when you arrived. :)
4. You agree to stay and enjoy the premises at your own risk and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spiros LLC, WVGlampingdomes.com, its members, agents, contractors, property owners, and landlord against all claims.
5. You agree to follow posted signs policies and notices, which are in place for the enjoyment of all our guests, and neighbors.
6. Reservation Changes. Changes to your reservation are subject to availability, and a reservation change fee of $35 or 10%, (whichever is greater). Reservation changes can be requested by sending an email to reservations@WVGlampingdomes.com Please list the name the reservation was made under, the check in date and the check out date and provide instructions as to what changes you want to have made (Please include the name of the Dome you want to reserve, and the check in and check out dates that you want. Tip: Please check the availability and pricing with our online calendar before you send your request to ensure the dates you want are available and you approve of any difference in price. NOTE: that we process reservation changes after hours and will follow up with an email if any questions arise. IMPORTANT: Your reservation change will not be in effect until you hear back from us with a confirmation that it has went through. If you have not receive a reply within 48 hours please follow up to be sure your request has reached us. The possibility exists that another customer may reserve the date you want in the intervening time. All reservation changes are subject to availability.
